Payment, Shipping & Delivery Policy
Post-Dispatch Issues:
■ Address/Phone Change: Not possible after shipping label is generated. Please double-check before confirming order. Shipping Label is generated in 15 minutes after the order is successfully placed.
■ Tracking: For delays or courier issues, contact Shiprocket or India Post customer care.
– Once the order is dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the link sent via SMS/email. We are not in a position to manually track or follow up on behalf of customers. Our team will assist only in cases of lost or damaged shipments. For delivery updates, customers are expected to follow up directly with the courier using the tracking information provided.

■ Shipping Coverage: We ship to all pin codes in India. For international orders, please contact us via support@iasprepkit.com or WhatsApp (9036 045 309).
■ FREE Shipping Courier Partners: DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, XpressBees – shipped via surface mode (by road) or India post for remote locations.
– IASPrepKit selects the courier service based on availability and serviceability, and reserves the right to ship through any of the listed partners
– If a customer has a specific courier preference, any additional shipping cost, if applicable, must be paid separately

■ Packaging Charges:
– Sturdy Packaging with Fragile Sticker: FREE!
■ Order Processing Time: Usually 2 to 3 business days. In rare cases, it may take more time in case there is rush or orders. Such delay will be communicated duly to the customer.
■ Standard Delivery Timeline (Post Dispatch) for Surface Mode (By Road) :
– 5 to 7 days: capital cities
– 7 to 9 days for interior districts,
– 9 to 12 days for remote villages.
Disclaimer: The delivery timelines displayed represent standard estimates under normal circumstances. However, courier and shipping companies may occasionally encounter logistical delays due to factors beyond the control of IASPrepKit. In such cases, we kindly request customers to allow additional time for their orders to reach them. Please note that the standard delivery timeline is indicative and not a guaranteed commitment. ■ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery:
– Please ensure your address and contact info is accurate.

■ Delayed or Lost Orders: If not delivered within 30 business days from shipping, contact us on support@iasprepkit.com or 9036045309 (WhatsApp) for assistance.
■ COD Unavailable: We do not provide this option due to the misuse by frivolous orders. As a small business, we cannot afford charges on returned shipments which are neither lost or damaged. Order Types
■ Pre-order:
– Placed before official product launch.
– Shipped together on a future date.
– Usually includes discounts.
■ Regular Order:
– Processed normally and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
– Discounts, if any, are smaller than pre-order offers.
Shipping Platform & Tracking
■ Shipping Provider: We use Shiprocket for most delivery locations and India Post for any remote locations.
■ Tracking Link: Sent via email and/or SMS once picked up by the courier.
Shipping Risks & Damages
■ Packaging: We ensure all items are securely packed before shipping.
■ Minor Damage: Slight scuffs may occur due to courier handling. Minor damages that do not affect the core functionality of the product (such as light corner bends or surface marks) are not eligible for refund or replacement.
■ Major Loss/Damage:
– Major loss or damage refers to cases where the product is either completely lost in transit or damaged to the extent that its core functionality (such as writing or handling or reading) is affected.
– If your address was correctly entered, you’re eligible for refund or replacement
